At Starla Boutique, we want you to love your new look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Starla Boutique tags are intact and the invoice is included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
